How does Vigorook connect Talent and Teams?

Talent can present experience, specialties, credentials, interests, and availability. Teams can present their workplace and opportunities. Each side discovers the other with relevant context, helping people look beyond a résumé or a listing and toward the environment and work they actually want.

How does a Talent application work?

Create and complete your Talent profile, browse published opportunities, and select “Express interest” on an opportunity that fits. The submission is recorded in your application history while the Team reviews your profile.

How does matching work?

Interest can start from either side and is recorded as a one-sided signal. When Talent and Team interest are both INTERESTED for the same opportunity, Vigorook creates a mutual match and the parties can open a conversation. No plan guarantees a match, a response, or a hire.

Talent Free includes profile creation and completion, opportunity discovery, saving opportunities, and an aggregate count of Teams that save you. Team identities stay private on Free. Pilot admission and profile-quality checks still apply.
